Since 1959 The Open Hearth has been serving up the best steaks, seafood chops,
and chicken in the Greenville South Carolina area. Located on the east side of
Greenville in Taylors, and convenient to downtown the Open Hearth offers a warm
atmosphere, a great menu, and an extensive wine list. The Open Hearth also boasts
great seafood dishes as well other dinner specials that change daily.

The Open Hearth is owned and operated by Jimmy Melehes And his wife Paula Starr
Melehes who will greet you when you come in, and your dinner will be prepared to
perfection by Chef William Brown who has been with the Open Hearth for over 35
years. So if you are a local resident, or in the area for business or leisure you can't
