CHEF TODD CORNELIUS

Introducing the newest addition to The Open Hearth team.:..Chef Todd
Cornelius.  

A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Todd has a love for food and a talent for
making guests smile with his creativity.  Certainly a prerequisite for working at
The Open Hearth!  

After graduation from Riverside High School Todd decided to "see the world"  by
enlisting in the United States Coast Guard.  His travels exposed him to a variety
of cuisines and piqued his interests in the culinary arts.  After attending Greenville
Technical College and the Culinary Institute of the Carolinas, Chef Cornelius
worked with many of Greenville's finest and respected chefs.  Our head chef of
over 30 years, William Brown, has fresh, new hands working magic behind the
grille by his side.

The Open Hearth is fortunate to be able to bring Todd Cornelius' talents to your
table!
